We import these foams from overseas. They are shipped to a port in
Miami where we pick it up in our trailer. We can send you a small
sample.
TUFFLITE This
foam is lighter, thicker and tougher than fan fold foam or Depron yet
is very inexpensive. There is no printing or holes in TuffLite Foam.
The foam is pure white. There is a film on the foam which stretches
like garbage bag material (polyethylene) instead of being low
elongation like on blue fan fold foam which has a film on it (PVC) which has
properties more like paper...no stretch. The difference between the two
films is quite noticeable. The TBM TuffLite Foam is tougher and less
likely to break in a crash though it is softer and more flexible. The
flexible film is longer lasting for hinging as well. See table below
